Vivant Health Follow Up and Check In
To engage with Vivant Health leadership and staff to better understand their integrated care model supporting individuals living with HIV. The visit focused on learning about the organization’s comprehensive wraparound services, including housing assistance for 25 residents, food support, and medical care, and assessing how recent or potential Medicare and benefit cuts are impacting their patients. This meeting reflects my continued commitment to protecting access to healthcare, safeguarding essential services, and ensuring that community-based providers have the resources they need to care for vulnerable populations across Kansas City.
